MEC Monitor will monitor the interface tables for stuck transactions for the whole period without waiting for the last day of the period close and notify about the status of them and the transactions that are stuck for longer days.

MEC Console is an easy and structured navigation tool which will guide through the period close procedure in a sequential order.

MEC Console is integrated with workflow and the proceedings of period close are notified or reminded and necessary response can be triggered from the workflow notification itself. The actions can be handled either from the workflow notifications or from the Console or both.

The action flags in the Console tree changes its color to convey the result of the actions and most of the actions like launching interface managers, cost roll up and update can be done from Console or from the notifications.
